About Obsidian Everywhere
Obsidian Everywhere provides a graph‑native MCP server that lets AI clients such as Codex, ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP tools view an Obsidian vault as a linked graph rather than a collection of markdown files. It exposes backlinks, n‑hop neighborhoods, topic‑centered context bundles, and retains unresolved links, enabling structured query and safe editing of notes across any client.
