By connecting a read‑only Shopify store, users search orders, select dispute type, and automatically pull payment, fulfillment, tracking and refund data. The service creates a professional PDF containing a dispute response letter, chronological evidence timeline, order details, delivery confirmation, refund status and a raw data appendix, with optional merchant notes. All access tokens are encrypted and data is stored per account only for the merchant’s use.
