EvidenceBuilder is a Shopify‑focused tool that connects to a merchant’s store, pulls order, payment, fulfillment and tracking data, and automatically creates a professional charge‑back evidence packet. The generated PDF includes a dispute response letter, chronological evidence timeline, order details, delivery confirmation and a raw data appendix, ready for submission to the payment processor.
